We are a small, distributed team with global ambitions — to create a new product category in EventTech. We are currently onboarding our first customers in North America and Europe.
To support our rapid growth, we're looking for a talented SEO Specialist to strengthen our search engine presence, drive organic traffic, and ensure sustainable growth.

Our vision

We’re seeking an experienced and strategic SEO Specialist to lead the growth of Boost.Express through organic channels. In addition to traditional search optimization, you'll also work on cutting-edge LLM SEO — ensuring that our content is surfaced, cited, and accurately represented in AI-generated answers across platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google’s AI Overviews.

Job description

  • LLM SEO:
  • Content Optimization: Partner with writers and marketers to optimize content for both traditional search queries and LLM prompts.
  • SEO Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, and technical) to increase visibility across search engines and AI assistants.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, content, and engineering teams to ensure SEO and LLM-readiness are built into everything we publish.
  • Link Building: Identify and secure high-quality backlink opportunities, including citations in AI knowledge bases.
  • Technical SEO: Conduct audits and improve site structure, speed, crawlability, and mobile performance.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, and LLM analytics (e.g., Perplexity dashboard, search mention trackers) to measure and optimize performance.
  • Implement strategies to increase inclusion in AI answers (e.g., semantic SEO, factual authority, use of structured data).erything we publish.
  • Monitor how Boost.Express appears in AI-generated answers (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews).
  • Structure content to improve retrieval and citation by large language models (LLMs).

Key responsibilities

  • Enjoy experimenting, testing, and iterating to find what works.
  • Write and communicate effectively in English, especially for technical and professional audiences.
  • Have a basic understanding of how large language models retrieve and present information.
  • Understand structured data (e.g., schema.org), content hierarchies, and semantic markup.
  • Are fluent in tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and web analytics platforms.
  • Are curious about how AI is changing the search landscape and want to be at the forefront of LLM SEO.
  • Have 2+ years of experience in SEO (preferably in B2B, SaaS, or content-heavy environments).
