PPC manager / Paid ads manager
Boost.Express is a collaborative advertising platform for the event industry.
We’re launching a new EventTech product, focused on the European and North American markets, and we’re looking for a PPC Manager to help scale advertising campaigns for our clients and partners.
- Set up and manage ad campaigns (mainly Google, LinkedIn, Meta)
- Create creatives and landing pages using templates in our internal system
- Tailor campaigns for individual sponsors (we work with multiple companies)
- Monitor results, analyze performance, and refine hypotheses
- Collaborate with product and client teams
- Suggest improvements for creatives, funnels, and landing pages
- Test and scale successful campaign combinations
What you’ll be doing
- Has experience with paid advertising in agencies (B2B and B2C)
- Understands the B2B sales cycle and funnel dynamics
- Skilled in PPC tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, analytics platforms)
- Knows how to create and test creatives and landing pages
- Comfortable managing multiple projects or clients at once
- Can handle end-to-end tasks: from setup to performance analysis
- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently
- English at B2/C1 level or higher (comfortable with ad copy and analytics)
The ideal candidate
- Ability to collaborate with designers and copywriters
- Understanding of performance creatives for B2B
- Familiarity with no-code landing page builders
- Experience in AdTech, EventTech, or adjacent industries
