Marketing manager

Boost.Express is a collaborative advertising platform for the business events industry.
We’re a small, fully remote team with big ambitions: to create an entirely new product category in EventTech. Right now, we’re focused on expanding into the North American and European markets — and we’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to help us build a scalable growth engine, strengthen our brand, and execute a go-to-market strategy on an international level.
We’re looking for a proactive, strategic marketer who thrives in an early-stage startup environment. You have experience working with young companies (ideally in B2B/SaaS), understand international markets (especially the US and Europe), and know how to build marketing systems from scratch. You can generate leads, shape positioning, and turn customer insights into action.

Who we’re looking for

  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy focused on global growth (especially North America and Europe)
  • Build and strengthen the Boost.Express brand — positioning, messaging, style, and tone of voice
  • Manage acquisition channels: SEO, content marketing, LinkedIn, email marketing, partnerships, and events
  • Contribute to the go-to-market strategy: define ICPs, segment audiences, craft messaging
  • Build and optimize the marketing funnel — from awareness to lead generation
  • Run experiments and measure impact: key metrics, analytics, growth loops
  • Coordinate freelancers, designers, and content creators when needed
  • Support sales and customer success by creating presentations, marketing materials, and campaigns

What you’ll do

  • Deep understanding of B2B and SaaS dynamics
  • Excellent English — both written and spoken (C1 level or higher)
  • Hands-on skills — you can create landing pages, write email campaigns, and launch LinkedIn ads yourself
  • Familiarity with modern marketing tools: CRM, email platforms, automation, analytics
  • Strategic mindset combined with action-oriented execution
  • Experience marketing to international markets (US, Europe)
  • Proven experience working with early-stage startups

Requirements

  • Background in EventTech, AdTech, or related industries
  • Experience with global partnerships, PR, and event marketing
  • Experience launching new products or go-to-market strategies
